MAXI TU 葉

Born in Taipei, based on Seattle, Washington.

Scripps College Fine Arts | Rhode Island School of Design MAT

Painting is my first love, film photography is my new crush, and the art of documentation is a family practice passed down to me.

In today's digital age, my desire as a family photographer is to bless families with "heirloom photos" that are timeless and worthy to be remembered, printed, hung and held – from one generation to the next.

My photos are often described as artful and poetic. I am drawn to minimalist and captivating compositions that make the viewers feel and contemplate deeply.

My desire behind the camera is to create a comfortable and safe space to draw out your unique aura and beauty as Imago Dei, image bearers of God.

If any of these words resonate with you, it would be a huge privilege to be considered for your photoshoot needs.

"Our bodies hold memories; they tell stories – our history.

As a photographer, I humbly ask for permission to look closely,

and uncover that which most who lack intention cannot see."
